’Anime’
As part of the wider scope of Spark Mobile Win project, I collaborated with Scholar to fully cel animate the Anime section. Guided by the styleframes created by Stephanie Stromenger and Jee Kim, I animated the shot from start to finish, with additional assistance from Kiron Robinson on FX cleanup. Our After Effects animator Kenny Kerut composited the shot and added the anime background effects magic. To meet the 6s time and really push the anime feel, I added the closeup shot of the hand power-up, which made it into the final 15s combined cut :)
